'Goed verblijf gehad bij The Pearl. Internet lag er uit toen we incheckten waardoor ze op dat moment geen kamersleutels konden uitgeven. De competene en gastvrije dame achter de balie had snel een work around gevonden + had meteen een spa afspraak voor ons geregeld.
Spa medewerkers waren zeer gastvrij en masseerden goed. Blij dat we op zo'n korte termijn terecht konden.
Kamer was ruim, schoon en modern. Lekker groot bed. Fijn dat er een koffie en thee faciliteit op de kamer aanwezig was en ook...

'The customer service is top notch. Great staff. The Bare's are quite nice and the dorm could use a little love with the screens / lockers, but overall the Bula Bula vibe is real and the location is amazing- right on the beach - not far to Aquatrek- where I highly recommend the shark diving!'

'Kids in owners part of house were very noisy and sometimes right next door to us. It was called an eco lodge but we could see anything eco about the facilities. Only thing it was in a quiet part of Pacific Harbour with a grass area behind and not many buildings near. The large dog was always in yard. She was friendly bit a bit noisy as she barked at passers by. She was left outside in heavy rain which lasted all day, which worried us. I dinot receive any responce to 2 messages to owner. 'The house is located in pacific harbour. This is an area where a lot of expads have a villa.
This house is old. Interior, exterior. Not what we are used to have in europe or the US. Everything is used very much and worn out. The kitchen is a bit sticky and also very old. Kitchendoors are painted 20 times and also a long time ago.
The beds are small and only there you have aironditioning. Not in the kitchen or living room.
The towels, bedsheets have all different colors.

'We just finished our 2 week Fiji get away and had an excellent time. The Villa is even better than described and Alexxis and Todd were great with communicating and taking care of our needs. We would recommend this spot to anyone thinking of visiting Pacific Harbour!'
