'This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. And it was in the perfect location: across the street from the Children's Beach, 4 houses down from the White Elephant and the Brant Point Grill restaurant, and 3 blocks from downtown Nantucket. 'Beautiful property. Manager was excellent. Great location. Close to everything but quiet. I would recommend a smaller car (we rented a 4 door Jeep and it fit in the driveway but was tight) but having parking that close to town was an absolute dream!! Truly lovely place!!'

'I was on a Father / Daughter trip celebrating my daughters 50th Birthday. We began our trip in Chatham Cape Cod, then Martha's Vineyard and finished in Nantucket, which was our favorite location. Loved the cute cottage atmosphere and only wish we were a bit closer to town, but the mid island bus made it so easy to get back and forth. I will definitely recommend your cottage to my friends'
