  • Dit droomvakantie waterkant huis gelegen in exclusieve Little Neck Bay van New Seabury heeft een eigen aanlegsteiger en een vredig uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit bijna elk raam. Twee ruime dekken in grote achtertuin met uitzicht op Little Neck Bay met toegang tot Vineyard Sound maken dit huis ideaal voor entertainment of ontspanning. Deze woning heeft ook een eigen buitendouche, kajak, roeiboot, kano, gasgrill, garage voor twee wagens, airco, wifi, kabel en is ideaal gelegen op slechts een korte wandeling of fietstocht verwijderd van het prachtige strand van South Cape, met tal van wandelpaden en promenade naar Waquoit Jetties. Onze zonnige, moderne woning is 2.700 vierkante meter met kathedraal plafonds, open plattegrond en veel ramen en schuifdeuren. Het slaapt comfortabel 10. De eerste verdieping beschikt over een grote Master Suite (schuifregelaars naar eigen terras, HD-tv, inloopkast, Master Bath, kathedraal plafonds), open keuken, eetkamer en grote kamer (schuifregelaars naar het dek, nieuwe HD-tv), woonkamer (gashaard & kathedraal plafonds), wasserette, poeder bad. De tweede verdieping heeft drie slaapkamers (nieuwe koningin, twee tweelingen en een dubbele) en gast bad. Lager niveau heeft grote rec. kamer met omwikkelbare bank, grote HD-tv, twee eenpersoonsbedden, tafel om te gamen en kantoorruimte. Mashpee Commons en Popponesset Marketplace liggen op slechts enkele minuten afstand voor lekker en informeel dineren, winkelen, yoga, nagels, films, minigolf, gratis openluchtconcerten en meer. Openbare golf en tennis is ongeveer 10 mijl afstand en New Seabury CC is dichtbij, maar is prive. Popponesset Inn serveert lekker eten aan het water en het Lure biedt live entertainment en drankjes op het strand direct naast de deur. Uw diep water dock biedt plaats aan een 32 ft. Boot geschikt voor ondiep water (36 "diepgang voor eb). Martha's Vineyard, Waquoit Bay en Washburn Island liggen op een korte boottocht en ideaal voor paddleboards, waterskiën, kajaks, vissen, kamperen en beachen. We hebben boten, kajaks, paddle boards en fietsen te huur en kunnen privé vis charters, zonsondergang cruises, uitstapjes naar Nantucket en Martha's Vineyard voor uw familie en gasten bieden. Great fun on Cape Cod on the water

It was an excellent location complete with a dock on a bay. The dock was great since we brought a boat with us. Easy access at all tides to big water and on to Martha’s Vineyard. Plenty of room to accommodate the seven of us. Very accessible to the mall.

Waterfront with all the amenities you could ever need. Laundry, water toys, air conditioning, peaceful deck to read on, fully equipped kitchen. Style is quite dated, but everything worked and property owner is extremely responsive.

Tranquility Base

This property in Mashpee was an ideal spot from which to do so many things… runs, bike rides, clamming, boating, fishing, and just being. Ideally located on a quiet tidal pond with a dock allowing for boating, this well-appointed house offered a very comfortable soul-recharging spot. We were also lucky to have family ina separate house in the same neighborhood so having a family gathering was seamless. Wonderful location and perfect set up. Looking forward to next year!!

Great location for water sports & birding

The star of the show is Jehu pond, the body of water at the end of the dock. It is very sheltered, a great place to kayak and bird watch. Osprey, catbirds, chickadees, vireos, warblers, hummingbirds and many others can be seen and heard from the back deck, which overlooks the water.There is plenty of outdoor furniture and the back part of the house is shaded making it a great place to hang out, even on a very hot day.The inside of the house is comfortably and amply furnished, although some of the upholstery is worn. One queen bed requires the 2nd person to climb over the first to access. Two beds are in a damp basement; there is a dehumidifier that helps a lot-- it needs emptying every 6 hours. Jamie, the host, was responsive throughout. We had a plumbing issue while we were there and she arranged for an emergency plumbing service to correct the issue.Unfortunately, prior tenants had left every item related to cooking & kitchen-- pots, plates, utensils, coffee pot, blender, grill, etc in a very dirty state. The cleaning crew did not notice this and it took us a while to appreciate the full extent of the mess. We ended up spending significant time cleaning-- everything needed to be washed prior to use. Jamie did offer to send a cleaning crew, which we appreciated, but by the time the offer was made, we felt that we had taken care of the worst of it, although we probably should have taken her up on the offer as we continued to find "surprises" throughout our stay.

A wonderful home in a fabulous setting. The home has spacious & well laid out with a variety of beautiful outdoor spaces. Comfortable, with sufficient spaces inside and out; everyone had space to enjoy the property. We stayed for a week and never tired of the outdoor views. Exceeded Expectations

Our family of 9 adults immediately felt at home. The location on an inlet provided a sheltered access to the water while cold winds blew hard on the Atlantic coast a mile away. The house was well provisioned and maintained. There was more space than we expected from the photos on VRBO. We had a wonderful relaxing visit.

A Delightful Autumn Gem

Our family loved our October stay at this property. The foliage on the property and around the pond was gorgeous. The location was easy to find and easy to use as a base for our many adventures. The house was big enough for our group and included all of the comforts that we needed. Communications about the property during our stay were handled efficiently and effectively. Don't pass this property up -- I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Therapeutic retreat

I'll get what little criticism I have out of the way. Furnishings and decor are dated, the kitchen cooktop is induction, and kitchen utensils are limited. - dock is amazing and the boat ride to the sound or to the gorgeous washburn island is a nonstop Norman Rockwell painting. -tide is only one and a half feet in this area so there's always water at the dock and the water was 85 degrees. -beautiful view with unlimited pine scented shade on a private setting. -I couldn't say enough of how spacious and comfortable this home is. -gas grill is excellent and gets very hot for searing meat. -master suite is huge and offers ample privacy from the rest of the home. We would definitely go back.

Almost paradise

So many great things about this property: the location, the salt pond with wonderful kayaking and paddle boarding, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and it is close to everything you need: shops, restaurants, beach, grocery store, etc. The owners were attentive, and when we had an issue with the wifi, they immediately responded and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The one negative is the condition of the house: the furniture is worn and not very clean, the rugs are dirty, there were cobwebs on the lamps, etc. The deck and deck furniture are worn and a bit moldy, and the house is cluttered. For the price we paid, we expected a little more.

Amazing! The views! The house! Sooo clean! Lovely neighborhood for walking or riding bikes (flat). Fishing was fun - caught 2 striped bass (we released but fun to catch)! Family Cape Cod vacation

Great place for a family to spend time together. Beautiful house with a gorgeous water front view. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the water. Plenty of room for all 7 adults and one infant. Neighborhood was beautiful. Great nearby private beach for the boys to try fishing and the rest of us to enjoy the water. Beautiful house with a great view

The house was the perfect size for our group with things to do nearby. We had use of kayaks that we could take right off the private dock on a beautiful large saltwater pond. The neighborhood is quiet, and all properties were well manicured. We were close to the beach and could ride our bikes there. We were very happy with it!

Beautiful clean house on the water

We decided on this spot for a last minute getaway over winter break. Beautiful view of the lake out back. Great layout with comfortable seating and areas to relax. Couldn’t get the gas fireplace going so the owner came over with an electrician and got it going while we were at a restaurant. Thumbs up for the quick response. Kitchen is functional, a few negative reviews seem overblown, just not high end chef ready. Great in winter. Summer must be amazing!

Presidents Day in Cape Cod

Lovely house and neighborhood. Spacious and really bright inside with great views on the water. Perfect for a relaxing weekend no matter the weather.

Pandemic Thanksgiving

Weird year. We decided to celebrate w our 2 adult kids w a Cape Escape. Lovely spot. Quiet, private, close to beaches. We may be back in the summer.
