Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. '子供2人と私でセミダブルひとつの部屋を予約していました。少し狭いけど安いし我慢だわと思っていたのですが、ソファーがベッドになる仕様になっていて、掛け布団とシーツもワンセット準備してくださっていました。これは本当に嬉しかったし助かりました。おかげで広々眠ることができました。子連れだとJRなんば駅から10分くらい歩きますが、清潔感もあるし、冷蔵庫も冷凍庫付きの2ドアのものがあるし、ポットやガウンもあります。個人的には靴を脱いであがるアパートスタイルなのが良かったです。清潔感も申し分ないしコスパ的には最高です。また予約したいと思います。'

'The hotel had great staff and had all the amenities you could need. There is a spa on the third floor and a laundromat on the first floor. On top of the usual things you would find in an hotel room, our room came with a large fridge, a microwave, a stovetop and even dishes and silverware. Dotonbori being a few minutes away is the cherry on top.'

'Stop maar maar met zoeken, dit is het beste hotel (zeker voor een gezin). De accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en het personeel is echt geweldig. Hadden we MONday maar eerder ontdekt, dit was veruit ons leukste hotel in Japan. '

'The accommodation is great. The state of the building and the rooms are very good. The kitchen has the minimum but it’s just enough. (It’s helpful to have one). The location is very good. If you are checking after the advices time, it will be a great stay. Unfortunately the communication is not very good. We reached out in advance for early check in which was told to be possible. 'Loved the architecture/design of the hotel & room. Modern but authentic cultural feel; clean and spacious rooms; 24H convenience store right next door full of delicious traditional snacks/meals; no on-site parking but plenty of 24H parking lots around. Staff (Maria) was lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend. '

"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors. In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my expectations be towards 3 star it would be ok."

"Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review."
