'Really lovely stay for 3 nights. Gorgeous room and bathroom, great friendly staff and good food. Very good value. Train station right across the road. Would definitely stay again.'

'Onze kamer zat op de eerste verdieping net boven de hoofdingang. Helaas eas de hoofdingang ook de algemene rookplaats. Dis 's nachts de plek waar men van de feestzaal en de bar kunnen lekker kletsen en lachen tot diep in de nacht. Weinig slaap wegen lachen en harde praten. '

'Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.'

'Het hotel ligt direct aan de M4 maar toch hoor je vogeltjes fluiten. De kamer was erg schoon en het personeel vriendelijk. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen. Het gratis ontbijt was erg Engels maar wel lekker. Zeker een aanrader als je zoals wij op doorreis bent.'

'The restaurant was excellent with a great menu taste Staff top notch The hotel was great but the bathroom although very clean shows it’s ready for a makeover'

'The location is remote, peaceful and lovely. It's an old building and full of character with huge, comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were a little limited, but adequate. We didn't enjoy the one dinner we had, but it was good value. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent value accommodation and location.'

'Enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.'

'Very clean quaint cottage. Beautiful! '

'friendly people and personel. not close to beachside and behing Tatasteel industry. good for a one night stop, but expensive'

'Lovely big rooms staff were great and amazing breakfast!!'

'Zeer goed onderhouden B&B op een leuke lokatie. De kamers zijn leuk ingericht en het ontbijt is continentaal. Vriendelijke eigenaren, die behulpzaam zijn.'

'Zeer goede gastheer en gastvrouw. Mooie B&B. Ontbijt is uitstekend.'

'Everything was perfect from start to finish. The communication from the start was fabulous. Check in was really smooth and accommodating and the house was wonderful. It was clean, tidy and had everything you would require for your stay. The hot tub was already heated, clean and fresh. The little touches was an added bonus and really thoughtful. It was perfect for our stay as a group of women on a hiking weekend. Thankyou for having us.'

'The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially when I couldn't open the key cabinet. Dinner was quite excellent and reasonably priced. Room was larger than expected but TV reception was patchy and screen kept freezing perhaps due to poor Wi-Fi reception. One thing to remember, they do not have allocated parking - whilst there is a large car park behind it is £2 for 2 hours and £6 for a day but keep in mind the gates are shut from10pm to 8am which is unhelpful when you need to leave...

'Amazing stay, I have stayed at The Mill a dozen of times and have always had a 10/10 experience.'

'The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still...

'Highly recommend! Gorgeous stay if going in the summer will be very hot in there but it was such a luxurious stay'

'Check in was easy and friendly, a lovely collie welcomed me into the yard as well! The Tack room was clean and comfortable and good for my brief stay. I hadn't appreciated how noisy the motorway would be and so had to close the windows in the bedroom to be able to get to sleep. Apart from that it would be a nice place to stay to explore the area. I was up very early in the morning, and it was perfect for my requirements.'

'Pros: The house was immaculately clean. Spotless everywhere. Sheets clean, floors clean, oven and all other kitchen appliances were immaculately clean, as well as plates and forks etc. House is nice bright and airy. It felt like it had been recently refurbished and painted. Location is fantastic. Super quiet at night time, and lovely fields to drive through to get there. Horses and other animals to see on route. Price of the accommodation was excellent and very good value for...
