'Stayed at the IHG in Wilmington , Delaware in August 2025.Decided on a short nearby vacation not too far from DC.Booked based on excellent reviews online. Would like to add my name to the long list of vacationers that had a wonderful stay at this location. The staff was super friendly .The hotel was clean, quiet, and serene. Breakfast was great . The hotel is pet friendly .Lots of nearby parks for the pups to take walks and sniff. Thank you staff at IHG Wilmington. We truly enjoyed our stay...

'The trip was for a vist with friends. It was conveniently located to the various venues. Manager at the time of checkin was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. I will say I have not seen the type of shower but it was all clean. There is no tub. Vanity is just outside the bathroom in the room. '

'The property was along the riverfront as well as near many restaurants. Very clean and very relaxing. However, there was a parking charge per day of close to $12. That either should be included in the charge of the room or one overall charge.'
