'The room was vey clean, there was an issue with the room door unlocking when I reported it to the front desk he simply replaced the keys which was not the problem. He advised us that we had to pull on the door really hard in order to gain entry into the room. It would have been better customer service wise for him to get off of his personal telephone and assist with the issue or call for someone to assist. The parking lot and around the entry doors on the side were littered with trash.'

'Miss Carroll was great and wonderful. She’s the best staff that you guys have the Maintance is wonderful as well. They come if there’s a request and if it’s needed right on time, the breakfast is good go on Mondays they have bacon.'

'The pictures from the property are nice and true but only highlight the remodeled parts of the room. The floors have no carpet which make a nice clean look, the furniture is new, simple and functional. The beds are raised about a foot off the floor so the dust doesn't get collected. Updated sink and mirror, outside of the bathroom in plain site when you walk in the room. The bathroom, however, is not updated at all: old tile of three kinds, old tub and toilet. 'I arrived at midnight to find a line of people waiting in the lobby, because there was only one employee on the property and he was away from the desk for 30 minutes helping a guest. My non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. My mattress was old and creaky and the springs poked my back. The staff do a good job keeping the place clean, but it is obvious that this property is badly neglected.'

De suites zijn ruim en erg schoon en netjes, Ook zijn ze goed uitgerust met o.a. full-size koelkast, diepvries en vaatwasser. 'There was some construction/repair work, and we were assigned a room where the noise was clearly audible throughout the night. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, especially since we checked in only to get some rest before leaving early the next morning.
