'ガラパン地区でとにかく安く泊まりたい！と思い、ろくにレビューも読まずに予約をしてしまいました。あとからレビューを見て不安になりましたがキャンセル不可のためやむ終えず宿泊…。 しかしそこまでひどくはありませんでした。 スタッフの対応は問題なかったです。(チェックイン時に20＄支払います。チェックアウト時に返却してくれます) 1Fは24時間営業のスーパーですし、ガラパン地区なのでお土産を買ったりご飯を食べるのにも不自由しません。 目の前にはハイアットがありますので、タクシーを捕まえやすくて便利です。 問題はお部屋ですね。普段パッケージツアーを利用している方や、女性にはあまりオススメできません。私は平気でしたが…。日本だったら一泊2〜3000円が相場であろう簡易的な素泊まりタイプのホテルです。 シャワーのお湯はほとんど出ませんし、アメニティなどは皆無です。小さい虫が出ますので食べ物はしまっておきましょう（笑）'

'This was perfect for us. The room was a good size having a fridge and stove top was a huge advantage. The furnishings may be a bit old but I am not someone who wants to pay an extra $50 a night to stare at newer cabinets and nightstands. The bedding was soft and new. The staff was nice, we checked in late but everything went smoothly. The wifi turned out to be great! It was pretty speedy 24mbps down and 5 up with a speed test, I was led to believe internet in Saipan would be much slower. Parking...

'we love staying at Serenti Hotel every time we are in Saipan. It's location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Staff is friendly and room is clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying there. Oh and the price is really affordable.'

'The property is great and so as the staff. What I didn’t understand was, the washer and dryer is not available unless you stay for 3 nights or more. I chose this place because I wanted a kitchen, washer, and dryer and that’s exactly what was on Expedia. However, upon checking in and you’re staying for less than 3 nights, you would have to pay extra to be able to use the washer and dryer. This is something that’s not stipulated in Expedia.'
