'Stayed in the apartment style rooms that are across the parking lot from the hotel. This was an upgrade given to us when we checked in. Kind of a pain to go back and forth between the two buildings when it is so cold outside. Breakfast buffet was very good. Giving 3 stars because the heat was blasting in our room when we checked in, had to be at least 35 C in the room. Made for a very uncomfortable first night.'

'We spend 3 nights in this hotel. Wasnt to bad actually. Only problem we found was no airco in the room, only a fan. But lets face it... How many really hot days you get? We just had a couple of hot days and a room facing south... Location of hotel is pretty convenient to rest of town and there is also a shuttle running from the airport. If you want to explore more of Yellowknife we do suggest to use a car'

'Parking was good'

'Our room was extremely hot which made sleeping very difficult. The thermostat was set to low and the heat just kept pumping. The manager came up and tried to open the window but was unable and he was also unable to turn the heat down. Very expensive night to sit in bed and sweat and not sleep. '

'This is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is well laid out, very clean and very well equipped and just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. The hosts are friendly, helpful and very approachable. We would be very happy to stay here again when visiting Yellowknife.'

'What an incredible stay! The home on Niven Lake was amazing, modern and cozy! We had everything we needed for 7 people to relax, cook together and have fun. The host responded immediately and with kindness when we had questions or needed guidance with something. She also texted a recommendation for us to attend a wonderful event in town.
