'Property is in excellent condition- great service'

'We spend 3 nights in this hotel. Wasnt to bad actually. Only problem we found was no airco in the room, only a fan. But lets face it... How many really hot days you get? We just had a couple of hot days and a room facing south... Location of hotel is pretty convenient to rest of town and there is also a shuttle running from the airport. If you want to explore more of Yellowknife we do suggest to use a car'

'We only stayed one night but the suite was a mini apartment. Perfect for long stays or just more room for short stays. Front desk staff was very helpful.'

'We were on the first floor rm 112 .right next to a mechanical room. There was a large fan noise that kept us awake half the night. There was a tempurature control didn’t work so the room was to hot all night and the mattress was to soft and should be thrown out if you to close to the edge you were in danger of falling out of bed all in all not a good experience'

'Great place to stay! Host was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming ! Will be staying there when returning to Yellowknife!'

'Nothing special, a bit dated'

'とても素晴らしかったです！ オーナーの方も優しく、宿泊前の連絡もスムーズに行えました。キッチンには調理道具やスパイスもあったので、近くのスーパーでご飯を買って簡単に調理することができました！ランドリー設備もついていて、助かりました！ もしまたイエローナイフに行く機会があればここに泊まりたいです！'

'Entire house was clean. We appreciated the amount of kitchen and living space Kitchen was well stocked and well organized. We enjoyed our stay.'

'This place is hugly over rated. It is nowhere close to luxury living. Just because you call it, it doesn't become a luxury place. This place is even below average. For this price, this will be the last place I will book again and only if I can't change my travel plan. No proper washroom setup, no ventilation, door doesn't lock and the shower is so short that you don't have space for a tall person to stand properly. If you need to drink water, you will have to get it from the washroom sink. No...

'The Host was great very friendly, and very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!'

'The house is so nice.'

'The property is as it is described. The apartment has ample space and is bright and airy with a lovely view from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary appliances and has a nice dining area. The living room is nice but there is only 1 couch- it would have been nice if there was at least a love seat or comfy arm chair but we made do. The beds were comfortable and we had ample towels. There are two bathrooms however one has a tub only and the other a shower so is different than...

'I truly cannot say enough about this wonderful home! This was our first trip to Yellowknife, and this rental was perfection. Gorgeous views - during the day, beautiful foliage surrounding Niven Lake - at night, Lady Aurora! You truly can see the northern lights right from the deck! The home was comfortable, clean, spacious. I absolutely love Yellowknife and this rental - so much so I almost wanted to gatekeep and not do a review. Ha! But, seriously, it was such a great experience that I am...

'Shoaib was a great host. He was prompt and effective with communication and was able to share some travel tips. Location is ideal as it's close to groceries, museums and local attractions . Check and check out was seemless. Place has been kept well'

'Inaccurate description; this is a trailer in a trailer park , not a house. Garbage from KFC left under sink. Personal items/clutter left in bathroom and kitchen. No central heating or cooling; difficult to maintain comfort level. Pellet stove in dining area; no instructions on how to use. Soft spot in bathroom floor of en-suite; possible hazard. Door lock temperamental; owner did not respond to request to change batteries in door lock. Secondary rental unit in side yard; very close to bedroom....

'I really loved staying here. The house was pretty clean and cozy. Well located and has everything you need to cook. Also Keni was super kind and always willing to help I would definitely chose this home again.'
