'The ice machine didn’t work on our floor or the other 2 floors that we checked so I just assumed they all didn’t work. We checked in on Friday and our AC unit wasn’t working. They couldn’t get the unit to work until Saturday late evening. Saturday weather was hot but our room felt hotter than outside. I understand the reasoning of the pool hours, adults only the first and last 2 hours of operation, but wished it wasn’t so as my kids looked forward to swimming. Other than the listing above, stay...

'If you’re looking for a resort atmosphere, this isn’t it—and that’s exactly the point. If you want a beautiful, peaceful place to reset, unplug, and escape for a while, you’ve just hit the jackpot.
Every second of our stay was perfect. I read all of the reviews beforehand, so I knew what to expect and came prepared. It was everything I hoped it would be and more.

'"Terrible experience—don't waste your time or money. They double-booked and canceled my reservation without informing me until the day of my arrival. They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund.
