'The room was nice spacious but could use an update. And they made a fuss about me not wanting to eat in the special 'dog-area' because it felt like being put away... and too hot. i wanted outside but there they didn't serve... finally it was okay but i had to stand my ground and that was not so nice after a very long day's walk... beautiful sitting area outside though!'

'I had such a relaxing time at Slaley Hall. My humans have brought me here twice, the staff are really pleased to see me and make a big fuss if me, which I love. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had my own bed but the bed in the room looked very comfortable. The snacks I had were delicious, as was the food my humans ate, I heard them talking about how much they enjoyed their meals. Please could you fix the taps on the bath as every time they walked across the room they rattled...

'The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from. 'Lovely character hotel in very peaceful surroundings. The staff were just lovely , friendly and chatty . Our room was in a good location and it was easy to get to the restaurant , bar and spa . The room was a good size and the towels were nice and soft, the hot water plentiful too. The only slight dent in the room was the condition of some of the fixtures and fittings . The carpet had quite a few stains on it , the shower settings were missing parts and the towel radiator missing coatings ....
