'Nice clean rooms and a beautiful setting. The way we were treated was disappointing. One Example - My family were asked to stand to the side after ordering In coffee shop while locals were served and their food prepared and then after sometime we were told our items were no longer available. Please treat everyone with respect.'

'During my stay, I found a bug crawling in the lobby right outside my room. While the room itself was acceptable, seeing insects in the common areas was concerning and gave a poor impression of the property’s cleanliness. I hope management addresses this issue to provide a better experience for guests.'

'Room appeared clean, but trash from previous occupants was found under the bed. No cooling mirror. Window blinds were broken and did not go up past 12 inches from the bottom. The room was dark even with the lights on in the bathroom had a dim light so no place good to put makeup on. Light switch is outside the bathroom so if you’re sleeping at night and you’re not the only one in the room, you have to turn the light on and open the door to the bathroom and it floods the room with light.
