'The hotel was downtown but within walking distance to rock n roll hall of fame/ science center, and the browns football stadium. The hotel rates and parking rates were better than the others for this day.'

'We were not apprised of the “rooms are cleaned every 3 days” policy. The bedding was never changed and we had to request towels for the room. We requested service for the duration of the stay which was not honored. This resulted an uncomfortable stay.Also the toilet flush handle needed replacement but a fix was improvised with electrical tape.'

'Worst hotel experience. My deluxe 2 bed hotel room got downgraded to a single bed room two days prior to my arrival without any email, text, or notification telling me this. Apparently Expedia changed the room and since they're a "third party" the hotel couldn't do anything or give me any money back. They told me they would bring bedding up for the pull out couch I was not excited to use, but they did not. 'DO NOT STAY HERE. I was here May 8 to May 10 2026 and regret every second of it. They charged me twice for my room and would not refund me. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Room had lots of damage, shower wouldn’t drain. Toilet was on its last legs. Do not recommend staying here. Go anywhere else'

'Very friendly lady's at the frontdesc during my check-in. Frida and Olivia gave me good advice to see some highlights in Dublin.
As a suprise for me, the hotel served a free diner buffet, including free drinks, the food was very good.
It was my first time in a Drury hotel, but for sure it will be not my last. This hotel is great, better then all the other hotels I stayed.'
