'This is a great hotel. Lots of families and the staff was excellent in dealing with the crowds. Our room was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom shower was six stars. The breakfast and cocktail hour were justly popular and the food and drink was very good with plenty of places to sit. We’d love to come back.'

'We were at a Cleveland Guardians game tired when we checked in and just wanted a hot shower and good night sleep. We had two adults and 3 kids (11,13,15). Who puts a family of five in a room with a broken shower. The knob to pull the water through the shower head was completely broken. We DID NOT get a shower. The front desk said the general manager would call us. No one called. We are still waiting. The breakfast was terrible. Stale broken nature valley bars that crumbled upon opening...

'This place is poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. We booked our travel in February for 2 days. It reaked of weed and looked like nothing had been cleaned in both of our rooms. There was bugs,torn and stained carpet,holes in the walls. Don't stay here.'

'Breakfast was great! Staff was super nice and helpful. Pools were always clean and had plenty of towels.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The lighting could be brighter in the common area but it’s ok.'

'Very friendly lady's at the frontdesc during my check-in. Frida and Olivia gave me good advice to see some highlights in Dublin.
As a suprise for me, the hotel served a free diner buffet, including free drinks, the food was very good.
It was my first time in a Drury hotel, but for sure it will be not my last. This hotel is great, better then all the other hotels I stayed.'
