'Huge hotel with excellent Onsen facilities. We had a very spacious room with a nice view. I never saw such a huge store in a hotel. Amazing. We booked 7 months in advance. 2 weeks in advance the hotel wanted us to re-book us in their sister hotel because they were overbooked. 'I had a great stay here. The staff were professional and friendly making my visit comfortable. The hotel is close to the main restaurant area so it was easy to find places to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the natural hot spring baths including the outdoor bath and sauna. It was very relaxing. '7月にお世話になりました。北海道各地が36-38℃を記録する猛暑でした。オールインクルーシブのラウンジがドリンクだけではなく落ち着いた雰囲気でインテリアも素晴らしかった。部屋は清潔感がありオホーツク海も眺めれた。楽しみにしていたサウナは期待以上だった。外気浴は階段を登る必要があり、オホーツク海と知床の自然が一体となった景色に癒された。 '

'とてもよかったです。チェックイン時にスマートチェックインだったためわかりづらいところはありましたがスタッフの方が教えてくださったためなんとかできました。お風呂のアメニティがとてもよかったです。夜鳴きそばもとてもおいしくて最高でした。お部屋の遮光カーテンが素晴らしくゆっくり休むことができました。朝食もとても美味しくいただきました。'

'This was a bit expensive for us, especially as it is a hostel and a bit out of town (20 min walk), but it was actually very nice indeed. The superb onsen was absolutely lovely with sea view, there was a nice reception, the shared lounge was enormous with amazing view and there was easy parking. We had a nice meal out at a friendly (recommended) local restaurant. Shiretoke is a truly beautiful nature reserve and well worth a visit. We were happy we stayed here.'

'施設は新しくて清潔、部屋もドミトリーと個室があり快適でした。特筆すべきはサウナで、水風呂はキンキンに冷えていて、外気浴、内気浴、焚火もしてくれます。貸切の時間帯でしたがスタッフさんの好意で一人で利用させていただきました。宿は知床観光船の事故で落ち込んだ地域を活性化させたいとの思いで宿を始めたようで、昼は食事も提供していて地域の方で混雑していました。次回は食事もしたいです！'

'ドミトリーでしたが、個人のスペースが確保されていて居心地が良かったです。下のレストランがラウンジとして使用できるようでしたが、おしゃれな感じなので、そこでカップラーメンなどを食べるのは空気を壊す気がしてちょっと憚られました。施設は全体的に清潔で良かったです。スタッフの方も丁寧で安心できました。'

'ツインルームに一泊しましたが、部屋も少し広めでゆっくり過ごせました。大浴場は男湯しかありません。駐車場はホテルの向かいの立体駐車場（無料）がありますが狭いので、ワンボックスカーは少し駐車しづらいかもわかりません。朝のバイキングは種類は少ないですが美味しかったです。女性専用アメニティがチェックイン時に貰えて良かったです。'
