'We ranted 3 apartments Place not clean well, also the staff was Unprofessional!!! Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!! There was Egyptian guy in reception with zero customer service experience, I asked him to provide more keys for the apartment since we are 6 person, his reply...

'We have been traveling aeound Saudi to determine good places to bring tourists back to. Boudl was absolutely exceptional in all areas. Location is excellent.
