'Room was too small for 2 people. Parking wasn't enough for the amount of guests. Breakfast was comical and that's me being polite. We walked away to have a proper breakfast outside. The "gym" had only 1 machine.'

'New property I understand. - water taps had to be run to flush out brown water that had been stagnant in the pipes. Should’ve been done before we checked in. The washing machine ruined ihram garments. Wi-Fi not available in all rooms even with a booster. Property manager dealt with initial concern however did not fix full coverage. Basic amenities should’ve been available without having to ask. Was fixed quickly when asked. Apartment is very nice but if travelling for pilgrimage worth noting the...

"Walking distance from Haram. Do not take the bus to Haram. It takes you to a bus transfer station where you need to take another bus. Then you have to take another 10 minutes walk. From the hotel you just follow the main road in front of the hotel and it takes you direct to Haram after 20-25 minute walk. Room was spacious and clean. Only thing is the bed which was hard. But maybe other people like it that way. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Diner buffet is nice as well against a fair price. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. "
