'The location of this place was ideal. Easy to get to the park and back especially with checking on pet or dodging the heat. It’s literally 1/2 mile to lot F (busy days) and essentially 3/4 to lot E or 1 mile to main entrance. Many restaurants are within walking distance — Dunkin or Muddy Water for morning coffee, DQ for ice cream after hot ballpark day and Sloans for dinner. The house is clean and basic. 'FANTASTIC!! Our family stayed at the Mill during our youngest son’s week at All Star Village. The ballpark is only 19 minutes away from ASV and the same to Cooperstown/Dreams Park. There were five of us that stayed, but we could have easily fit 10… the house is large. We swam in the stream and even went to a nearby lake and caught bass. We met the owner and learned about the property. The house and its history was a great addition to the trip! Highly recommended!!! '

'We had a group of 11 that stayed here while our sons played at Cooperstown. The house is beautiful and in a great location. There is plenty of room in the home to gather as a group, or just hang out for some quiet time. The owners were great and checked in with us a couple times during the week. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a VRBO in the Cooperstown area. '

'The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!'

'We had a really great visit to Cooperstown recently and a huge part of that included staying at this property. The purpose of our trip was to watch our sons play at Dreams Park. You can't beat the close proximity of this house to the park. When entered into Google Maps it only takes 6 minutes. This made it perfect for bouncing back and forth between games if needed.
