'The home was well furnished and very clean. We had everything we needed for the week. There was a wagon, cooler, and even umbrellas. The property was close to All Star Village and downtown. We had deer in the yard almost everyday. The porch was beautiful to sit on and read. The beds were all very comfortable. Our host was amazing and kept in touch before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this home for your stay. '

'The house was perfect. The location was amazing. They had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed and then some. When we arrived I was so excited to be greeted with the cows next door. The view from the front porch was gorgeous. It’s so far away from other houses that we didn’t hear a sound. Definitely plan to return again hopefully in the spring! '

'We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!'

'Perfect house for parents of the Cooperstown baseball teams. It’s only 10 minutes away from the fields, but it feels like you are a million miles away. Very quiet and serene setting. The house is in beautiful shape with plenty of room. Highly recommended!'

'This is the most beautiful setting you could imagine- the pool, the river and beautiful green all around. It was very convenient to downtown Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dream Fields. Plenty of room to spread out- very clean and updated decor, very welcoming. I went into a few of the other rental houses our team stayed in and this one was by far the nicest! Highly recommend! '

'The house was exactly as described and just what all our families needed for our stay during Cooperstown week! House was clean and all was available that was shown in amenities. The only issue was the grill was pretty dirty that we had to clean it very thoroughly to use it and we could have use at least one big pot for cooking. Thanks for the hospitality, we would definitely recommend for families to stay. '

'We really enjoyed the house and its close location to Dreams Park. The spacious living conditions were perfect for us and the bonus game room was a plus for the 2 teens.
