'Rooms have laminate floors so no nasty carpet to deal with. Rooms were basically clean (I’m very OCD unfortunately). The staff is very friendly and very prompt to answer any questions or concerns '

'I paid for an Executive suite through Expedia and was re-booked into a normal room with a king bed. I was told the price would be the same as that was supposed to be ok with me. I will be requesting a refund for the room I paid for instead of what i got. '

'Hotel first floor was a mess due to construction. The parking lot was also under construction and a lot of bare dirt. There was no coffee maker in my room. I went to the front desk many times because they would never answer the phone, but I never saw anyone at the front desk. I complained online about the coffee maker after my first night but it was never resolved. I had the tray with coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. Just no machine. The cleaning staff also left me with only 3 pillows instead...

'The room conditions are poor. There are cigarette burns in the blankets, the room doors aren't floor length approximately half an inch off the ground. The toilet sets do not fit the toilet. The outside of the property is unkept and the guest just hang out outside of the property. The towels are stained, not full sized and the rooms have a smell. '
