'There’s a beach that you can drive on just a couple of blocks away. It’s such a wonderful experience. You have to try it! Breakfast was extensive. The bed was average. (I’m spoiled by my own bed). Internet was fine.'

'We needed a clean, convenient place to stay one night. Loved having a view room with elevator access—perfect for Mom who can’t climb stairs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of amenities—volleyball, corn hole, outdoor lounge, places to wash fish or beach gear. Easy access to Discovery Trail and beach. We could have walked to Long Beach for dinner but chose to drive. '

'Traveling up Oregon/Washington coast. Long Beach was MUCH better than anticipated. Hotel was as close as you can get to the main beach access and one block walk from main downtown retail/restaurant area. We lucked out with excellent weather. Third floor (top) room provided great ocean vista.'

'Excellent and attentive host. Was there to check us in early and give us a history of the house. Had a delicious hot breakfast made for us the next day. Our room had a harbor room and was so quiet. We played pool in the basement and used the bar and living room down there as well. All in all it was a great start and we hope to go back some day. '

'Wonderfully family friendly property for kids of all ages. There's a playground, a little field with goal nets, a pickleball court, and other games and activities to keep the kids entertained when you're not at the beach. There's also a hottub and a fire pit, to help the adults relax after a long day of watching the children. If you have any problems, the staff is very responsive and helpful. I would consider myself lucky to get to stay here again in the future! '

'It's a beautiful and quaint place with a lot of history. However, it's definitely not a stay for the whole family. Some of the facility and furniture was in disrepair and it definitely smells like an old building. Amenities are few. No TVs, no on-site laundry, one minifridge and microwave in the common area. Our bathroom was shared by several rooms, and the sink was in the bedrooms themselves... Staff was wonderful and friendly, but not very present. It's a nice place but it needs a bit of work...

'We stayed for two nights and had a quiet relaxing enjoyable time. The only downside which nobody can control was Mother nature. It rained almost the entire time we were there so getting to the beach was kind of it wet and Soggy event. But they're quietness and coziness of our cottage/cabin was just what the doctor ordered. The owners were very friendly and took time out of their day to chat with us for a while upon arrival. Would highly recommend'
