'Expedia does not explain that this hotel is not a hotel, but it is actually a vacation property which if I had known I wont have booked it. Parking space too narrow. Very hard to find parking. 'The property as a whole was very nice.
The staff was fantastic except the beach chair people. Those people are very aggressive. If your condo doesn’t include the resort fee, they charge you for the chairs. If you leave the chairs for longer than an hour they sell them to someone one else and you lose the chairs.
The condo was very roomy. The beds and definitely the pillows need an upgrade.

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience.'

'I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off.
We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest.
Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved..
Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like...
