'I’m very grateful for this place. First off an amazing well kept clean property. Secondly staff are amazing everyone is very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the ocean view suite and it was amazing. One of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in. House keeping came twice a day!! Onsite food is very good along with the drinks. Pool is clean and well kept. The beach access is amazing. Staff on beach are great. Water is beautiful, they have towels on the beach and at the pool. Overall amazing place...

'Expedia does not explain that this hotel is not a hotel, but it is actually a vacation property which if I had known I wont have booked it. Parking space too narrow. Very hard to find parking. The next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation and issue me a refund for the other nights, I was told that I would get a refund for $1321.16. I am still waiting for the refund. I called Expedia several times and every time as told that I would the refund. the property is okay if you like rental...

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Amazing staff and service level. The best room option is an ocean front room and if you can afford it on the club level! The club lounge has a very good level of service and quality. The "continental" breakfast looks like a complete breakfast! Spa is awesome. Great that there are two pools; an Adults pool which is relaxing and the family were the guest can make noise and play. '
