'Prachtig hotel, goede service. Twee mooie zwembaden met lekker warm water, één aan zee, één aan de achterkant. Je kon vanaf het zwembadterras naar het strand via een trap. Mooie kamer met ruime keuken. Het hotel ligt aan een straat met andere grote hotels. Er is geen boulevard.'

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. '

It’s basically a full size apartment with all the amenities. I would definitely rent this again when ever I am in west palm beach. If your family or children loves swimming there is a swimming area just few minutes walk from here which is underneath the bridge and it’s very safe for swimming as the water is calm and you will see...
