'We stayed one night as a stop between Orlando and Miami. Friendly staff, especially breakfast team. We were early but after checkin time yet the room wasn’t ready so we were offered drinks and snacks while we waited. We decided to go to the beach of West Palm Beach which is nearby and check in later instead. The room is clean and bed is good. The air conditioning is loud (you know the older style units by the windows) and the room could use a little TLC like lamps that didn’t work or were loose....

'I booked this room for one night we were greeted by a security guard to check us in !! No front desk!!! thanks god it was only one night the Orchid has a great location but the hotel is very outdated you feel like walking down a prison hallway dim lighting and mold smell. The room Was small no information about the place no water!! No front desk! They had a some kind of large blue WiFi that would stay on lit half the room up hard to sleep broken fire alarm the pillows seem like they where from...

'This was our second time staying. We truely enjoy our time at The Singer and hope to return for our next trip! The property is clean, welcoming and family friendly. The front desk team was always helpful. We love the pool and being able to walk right to the beach. The towel service is very nice. The market store is great for treats, like an iced coffee or an ice cream cone. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant for dinner, at the pool for lunch (mahi mahi tacos anre the best!) and we had...

'No ridiculous fragrances in room with comfortable king bed (only minor issue was one of the counters housekeeping missed couple sticky spots) and full breakfast so when in town will stay here again'
