'Host was less than stellar with communication and everything was done by text, app. No 'instruction' booklet, no tp in bathrooms but in closet, all soap dispensers were watered down. Wi/Fi was slow and was unable to work on Zoom, etc. Was told that we used garage door opener and were charged when that was not the case. We did not have a car and one visitor used the garage but used opener in garage. Doors were sticky from lack of salt removal. '

As we walked room to room, we could not get over how clean it was, all the amenities that were included and the location convenient to everything.
