'This was an exceptional stay! We loved everything about this property. We received our code early to check in and it was a pleasant surprise when we opened the door. It’s a beautiful property and only a 4 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are walkable. The property has a pool, cornhole, shuffleboard, bike rental, beach chairs, laundry room and they sell bags of ice, popsicles and ice cream bars. The outdoor chairs were so comfortable for sunbathing. We would love to stay here again if we...

'Pillows are hard like rock.Dusty, Location great.'

'We’ve been coming here for years, they do a great job keeping up with the property and as of October 2026 they are “refreshing the rooms” (new carpets , furniture , fixtures) unfortunately this time, our room wasn’t ready until 6pm, finally when pressed what the hold up was, they needed to stock paper products in the room, not an excuse for holding up my check in for two hours, one of the bartenders at reflections bar seemed like she was on something (pills) overall the quality of service and...

'Beautiful property! Highly recommend this luxurious retreat!'

'Prachtig hotel aan zee Horeca prijzig maar van zeer hoede kwaliteit'

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Truly a great stay'

'Great stay at the palm rose. Property was just renovated so rooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.'

'Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une nuit. Très bel hôtel avec la végétation, sa décoration et sa piscine. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très bonne. Maddie, qui nous a accueillis, a été super. Il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner mais dans la cuisine, tout est à disposition, et ce toute la journée.'

'Super vriendelijk echtpaar, heerlijk ontbijt, mooie locatie. '

'Here's the GOOD & the BAD from someone who's stayed here over 10 times... THE GOOD: This hotel is gorgeous, and it's a must-see if you're going to be on Palm Beach Island, which is totally different from West Palm Beach. You're right on the beach, which is great if that's what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful, there are 4 pools (2 of which are adults-only), lots of restaurants, stores, and stunning gardens! It's worth staying here at least once in your life. THE BAD: This hotel is...
