'It was once 5 stars. Now is up to 4 OK. Room and breakfast fine. On their website they offer a welcome drink and free shuttle airport. But that is not true. Very rundown and unsafe neighborhood. You get much more value for money in the newer district of Asuncion.'

'Stayed here for 3 nights. I have mix feelings about this hotel. The lobby was nice, had high hopes that the room would be good from what the looby looks like. The room grew on me though. The shower heads needs replacing so badly, very old and lime scale, but it works. The bed was so so comfortable. The bedsheets and towels smell lovely. So well done to the laudry people! The staff were lovely. The breakfast was just ok. Swimming pool is good especially with the very hot weather.'
