'Hotel was as advertised. Very clean and check in was easy. Breakfast was very good and the fitness room was in very good shape.'

'Room was clean and spacious. However it was a horrible night sleep wise for me and my husband! The bed has VERY hard. And the chair was AWFUL to sit/sleep in! Hardest bed we have ever had in a hotel. I have to sit up most nights because of back problems. And the chair was so uncomfortable and tortuous on my back.'

'The handicap room we were was not much in handicap accommodations. The shower was a regular tub. There were handles and all that. The hand held showerhead was missing a bracket that held it on the sliding rod. It was up by the regular head which was mounted for 6 ft plus people. There was no way to hold it and shower too. The laminate on the bath door was peeling off. Looked rough. The room was very clean. '

'Had to slam the door for it to catch and lock. Room was filthy. Not sure the cleaning crew had done anything but change the sheets. And even then the sheets had huge stains. The toilet paper holder in the restroom was one of those that needs a key to replace the roll, and empty. We essentially had a bulky side table to keep the roll on. Chairs had questionable stains and the wooden ones had even more questionable sturdiness. A/C barely moved the air, much less cool it. Then a staff member...
