'We came to Fairfield because we thought we would be getting great service. We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. We have used Fairfield in the past but unless some kind of monetary correction is made I will never use Fairfield again we came down to...

'My family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the pool during our visit. The complimentary continental breakfast was a great addition and provided everything we needed to start our day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again.'

'Property wasn't clean (sticky, wet floor in bathroom near tub; dirty mirror; crumbs on the chair in living room). There were no remotes for either TV. No hangers. No drain in bathroom sink. No ice cube trays to make ice. Minimal kitchen supplies. At least the fridge worked. The worst part was waking up to a major police presence in parking lot, with yellow police tape only 2 doors down from me (I was on 1st floor)! No one in office to check with. Just glad to get out of there.'

'This is a great place for the value to stay for a single or a couple. I have stayed multiple times and it is always clean, the family that runs it is very helpful, the TV works great. No real complaints other than the bathroom is small but the shower and hot water works great. It’s not sprawling glitzy and glamorous as the bigger hotels, but I would 100% stay there again, and my wife stayed with me a couple of times and she was perfectly fine staying there again.'
