'We found out that it was not our hotel. Around the pool it's so full with sun beds that you can barely can walk trough them. Reserve sun beds is forbidden but it happens al lot. Personal from the hotel is doing nothing about it. Also around the pool it's very noisy. The room cleaning is not so good. They forgot our room a few times. 'Goed georganiseerd 'no nonsense' hotel. Zeer vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Prima kwaliteit van producten en variatie in het aanbod van zowel het ontbijt als het diner. Leuk en efficiënt systeem van polsarmbadjes met tag om deur te openen. Zeker zijn geld waard. Ongelukkige plaatsing van de liften (in doorgang naar restaurant ) en vaak lang op de liften wachten. Zwembad klein en weinig sfeer. '

'I had a really great stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. One thing to note is that, occasionally, salty water would come through the tap and shower, which was a bit unexpected—but it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. 'De ingang van het hotel ziet er niet uitnodigend uit maar van binnen is het redelijk. Kamers zijn functioneel ingericht en ruim genoeg maar zonder enige decoratie. Wel erg gehorig. Uitzicht van het balkon over zee is erg plezierig. Ons bed miste 2 steunpoten en hing door, gemeld bij de receptie maar men wilde er niets aan doen. Koffie- en snackautomaten beneden werkten de hele tijd niet. De jongedame aan de receptie was wel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Parkeren kan soms een kwestie van zoeken...

'Our experience was absolutely positive. the house is literally 10 meters from the beach, on the last day I went down to the sea barefoot. There are no air conditioners but they provided us with 2 fans so as not to suffer from the heat during the night. the house has everything you need to be comfortable. Can Picafort is a truly splendid town, the sea is wonderful and the promenade full of places to drink and eat well is right outside the house. We are very satisfied, the only negative note...
