'This property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful vistas and really comfortable home away from home. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. The only issue was the drive up….we Sr. ladies were not quite prepared for the drive but it was worth the trip. A rating! Plan to come back with the rest of my family. '

'The cabin was perfect. The surrounding area was quite and peaceful. Our first day there we saw a couple of deer. At night I was serenaded by owls as I rocked on the porch. The wifi was great. All the furniture was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub which was on back deck overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and offered everything we needed. 'This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t...

'This property did not disappoint! If you want seclusion, rest, and constant exposure to nature—-then this is your place. It’s so close to town that you have a ton of downtown experiences, as well. Go tubing and ride the train if you have time!The layout of the home is perfect to have teenagers with private bedrooms and bathrooms. The back porch and deck are like being in a secluded forest! 'I loved my stay here with gorgeous view of the blue ridge mountains, surrounded by trees. I loved breathing in the oxygen, slept on the super comfy bed with the door open to let in the clean air, and even did my laundry! The lightning bugs at night are super special, too. The jacuzzi was also a treat. Even driving through the area is fun! '
