'Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. We had some trouble finding the accomodation, so make sure you double check the address beforehand, but Lynda was a dear guiding us there and was always available for questions during the stay. 'We visited for a mini break in the first few days of 2026, looking for a peaceful location to consume the final cheese and port from Christmas and set up our intentions and plans for the year. The lodge is beautifully set on the site, and feels very luxurious. Underfloor heating and the hottub were invaluable as the snow arrived! A lovely location to explore Elan Valley and the dams, and the recommendation of The Crown Inn was spot on for lunch.'

'A perfect stay in the gorgeous Welsh countryside.. the hut was really well appointed. Hot tubing with stunning views was the perfect end to days of sightseeing & walking.. was nervous the hut would be cold as we stayed mid December but the heating system was fabulous.. my only negative comment is no rail to hang clothes and no shelving to store bathroom products, however these are very minor issues..'

'I booked on behalf of one of our engineers, who found the cabin to be very dirty with little to no hot water, and infestation of insects and no WIFI as mentioned in the accommodation list. The front door also would not close or lock due to the door being so badly warped, and I had to book alternative accommodation as it was not suitable. 'Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. '
