'This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels. From the staff, to the grounds, to the ameneties, this place is impeccable. We felt completely taken care of by the staff. The entire process was absolutely wonderful'

'Schwimmbad renovierungsbedürftig. Der Zimmerservice vergisst ab und zu, die Handtücher zu wechseln oder neues Wasser einzustellen. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wunderschön. Das Restaurant ist gut und günstig. Das Personal und Service sehr nett und hilfsbereit.'

'We stay at one of the villas, it was wonderful, so well equipped and cute, it was warm, the place is amazing, but the nature around it is breathtaking and calm, another very important part of our time there was how wonderful kind and friendly were all the staff at the hotel and restaurant, the food was wonderful and tasty, We loved the atmosphere and the hospitality. Very recommended for everyone'

'Prachtige paalwoning met uitzicht op de baai. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw bij check in en ontbijt! Goede restaurants dichtbij. '

'A mid-range hotel in a great location (1/2 block from the square). Good enough.'

'Me encantó el hotel. Precioso. Calido. Impecable. Excelentes camas y excelente baño. Precioso diseño de estilo. Muy buen desayuno. Super recomendable!'

'Not very attractive hotel: rooms are very, very small and very, very dark. Hotel needs big, big renovation. Hotel is in a very bad condition, but has a lot of potential. Location is excellent, at the fort. Walkabele distance to port and town center. Breakfast is simple. This is supposed to be the best hotel in Ancud ........... poor Ancud!'

'The room was beautiful with views all over the bay, the stuff was very helpful, location very central and quiet overall a little gem hotel'
