'Prima hotel voor 2 á 3 nachten, daarna wil je dan ook echt weg. Bij aankomst was de vloer niet gestofzogen, dit is dag daarna direct gedaan. Wij hebben in een tweepersoonskamer gezeten met één baddoek, dit 3 x aangegeven en alle drie de keren zou dit geregeld worden, ook hebben ze hun excuus aangeboden, helaas alsnog geen 2e baddoek gezien en drie dagen lang baddoek moeten delen met mijn vrouw. Kamers klein maar goed te doen. Personeel verder vriendelijk, behulpzaam, tevens heeft het hotel...

'Het hotel is gevestigd op loopafstand van Souq Waqif. Het is daarmee een hele fijne plek om even de stad in te gaan. Het hotel zelf is mooi maar enigszins verouderd. Dat merk je aan de stijl, interieur en de aankleding. De bedden liggen voortreffelijk en ik verlang er erg naar. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en helpt je ten alle tijden. Wel lijkt het alsof er elke dag iets niet goed gaat (ene keer gaat het alarm af, andere keer zijn er problemen met de pasjes of is er systeem storing...
