'Net en nieuw hotel. Mooie ruime kamers. Verschillende metro haltes dichtbij. Ondanks dat het een hotel is zonder receptie toch hele dag medewerkers aanwezig. '

'Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block...

'As soon as I walked in the smoke alarm was beeping so I had to contact the host and wait for that to be fixed. Then I went to take a hot shower and relax….. no hot water. And I’m talking the water was ice cold. Contacted and they came to look at it. The man went into the bathroom with the shower on and shut the door. Then told me to use warm water I needed to turn the knob all the way to the right (where it’s cold and about to shut off). That was the solution… They were prompt and helped with...

'We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105). 'The apartment was immaculate, beautifully remodeled, and in a safe neighborhood. It’s super close to the subway, which made getting into Manhattan really easy. Jon was very responsive and made the whole process simple and stress-free. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.'

"Wij verbleven hier 6 dagen met onze kinderen in de leeftijd van 22, 15 en 13. Het hotel is schoon, de kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt en zijn comfortabel. Vanuit het hotel loop je in ongeveer 5 minuten naar de metro met korte reistijd naar bezienswaardigheden. Verder goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. "
