'The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and looked just like the pictures, which I really appreciated. Overall, we were very comfortable with the room itself. There were a few things that could have made the stay better. I had to ask several times for bedding for the pullout bed before receiving it. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel and had a decent selection, but they ran out of coffee/tea cups, which was inconvenient. My biggest issue was the parking. When we selected and booked the...

'It was hard to find the location but other wise it’s good'

'Avoid this place: a disaster disguised as a hotel Positive points are the location near the subway and the Manhattan view from the terrace. The rest was a nightmare. Deceptive Fees & No Cleaning: Upon arrival, we were forced to pay a mandatory $175 USD ($35/night) "facilities fee" via a QR code before getting access to our room. 'The room was not clean, far from Manhattan and no metro in the environment.'

'Great service'

However, it was hard to reach anyone after checking out because I thought I had forgot something in the apartment.'

'The parking was a plus'

'Breakfast was very disappointing for western customs. rice, egg, toasted bread and a croissant. usually was already out. every morning after that but mc.Donalds had breakfast'
