Upon arrival, the lobby was inaccessible and check-in had to be completed through an exterior window, despite the hotel advertising amenities such as a continental breakfast in the lobby. The first room was unacceptable. After about 20 minutes, I removed my shoes and discovered the carpet was wet. More concerning, the window did not properly...
