'De entree was goed. De vloer van de kamer was extreem vies. De badkamer zwaar verouderd met kapotte kraan en geen afzuiging. Het ontbijt was met plastic bordjes en bestek. Het slechtste hotel tijdens ons hele verblijf in Canada. Niet Wyndham waardig '

'hotel needs a total make over. It is old, worn out, beds smell, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, everyting was sticky and filthy'

'Bed was comfortable. Room smelled stale (like old cigarette smoke). Otherwise, the room was clean and the restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient and served a decent breakfast. Entry stones were hard to navigate with luggage.'

'This property actually would have been great and received five stars from me except that the boilers were down and there was no heat in the room. I wouldn't have even minded that so much if the staff would have just admitted it. They did offer to move us to another room but the very same situation existed. Please just be upfront with guests. I understand things can go wrong with mechanicals in a building, just don't tell me something that isn't accurate.'

'The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. It does not help the atmosphere but they only start around 8 am so it did not bother us much. At first we were put in an old room that had not been renovated yet. This room really did not meet the standards for the amount of money they ask for it. Wallpaper letting go of the walls, airconditioning that would not turn off, dirty carpets. After we requested a room change we spend a second night in a renovated room that was great. 'We stayed for one night after arriving late in the day on the ferry. The staff were friendly and efficient, and our room was large, bright and comfortable. The restaurant has a nicely varied, reasonably priced menu, hospitable service staff, and great views of the sea.'

'Rooms and beds comfortable. Convenient location. Reasonably priced stay. One of 2 rooms we booked was not cleaned ahead of our arrival by housekeeping. Breakfast dining area very undersized.'

'this could be a very cute little place to stay if they updated the rooms. it was right in town, which could make it a popular place to stay. we had a room wirh a queen bed, but was actually a double. we are average to large people and were too cozy in that bed as we rolled into the middle. our room also had peeling paint on the walls and ceiling. I guess you get what you pay for.'

'Goed gelegen verzorgd hotel met mooie ruime kamers en een goed bed. Wij hadden een kamer met keuken en living wat heel aangenaam was, ook hadden we oceanview. Het weer was niet super maar oceanview was toch een meerwaarde.'

'We did not have high expectations, however it was very similiar to staying in student housing. We had to clean many dishes before we used them. It is a run down house. The queen beds were comfortable. Burn Mark on the sheets.!The shower was clean. Overall we were not comfortable in the environment and wanted to leave as quickly as possible.'
