'Felt like we were in Mexico while we wandered around the resort. So many activities to keep busy during our stay. The front desk was super accommodating and brought us a few items upon request '

'Location and the property itself was perfect for 5 girls, the only issue we had was with communication. For those who confirm their stay, I suggest you to contact the host directly for check-in information as a wrong location was given to us via the email that is sent automatically the day before check-in. Host is aware about this issue but still has not changed it. Vague check-in and check-out details. '

'Had a brilliant stay at Donna's beautiful apartment. The apartment was clean, lovely layout, had all we needed for a great weekend stay. Great location, with wonderful amenities. We wished we'd had a longer stay to be able to enjoy the pool and amenities available more. Donna was super responsive and accommodated us arriving late after work for check-in, which was really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kelowna! '

Ingewikkelde incheckprocedure, waarvan wel een uitgebreide beschrijving is gegeven door de host, maar die in praktijk toch niet zo eenvoudig bleek. Helaas was de woning niet zo schoon, badkamervloeren stoffig in de hoeken, wat niet zo fris overkomt. '

'Great location, right on the edge of downtown. Safeway half a block away, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Walk/drive to the beach, drive to wineries. Home was charmingly restored and comfortable, with all the amenities and lots of parking. Property manager had good communication and check in instructions were straightforward. Great place to stay!'

'The house itself is big and beautiful. The low rating for our stay is mostly the extreme lack of communication with the host. After completing the booking, I asked a question regarding sleeping accommodations as an infant was with us. 1 month later I had still not received a response so I submitted the question again. They replied and said they would get back to me, never did. After reviewing the details of the house about a week prior to arriving, I noted a sentence stating the pool was...

'We had a really lovely stay at this property. It was relatively close to downtown, making it walkable. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating to any of our requests. I would recommend this property!'

'Beautiful property with amazing view of the Lake. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and sheets. We enjoyed view from the terrace and the possibility of using grill. We wanted to stay more nights, however the house was fully booked for next days. The nice surprise was the Okanagan Lake with clear, refreshing water, like the Adriatic Sea. Would love to come again!'

'A great condo with dedicated parking. The condo is lovely and well maintained. All kitchen gadgets and small appliances you could need for expended stays. Beds are comfy and the layout is great. Remember to bring your pods for the provided K-cup maker or back up drip coffee is also available. The amenity building down the hill is impressive- the pool is wonderful and provides a full resort experience. (Lovely beach towels provided in condo too) Pack some snacks & drinks and spend the whole day...

"Prima hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Wel zat er een mierennest in de badkamer en lagen er haren van een ander op de grond. Verder voldoende gelegenheid tot parkeren en een goede uitvalsbasis richting bijvoorbeeld de Rocky Mountains of richting Vancouver "
