'New hotel, nice remodel and staff great!'

'I recently stayed one night at Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort Kelowna, and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations. The patio and lakeside dining area were the only standout features — beautifully designed with an excellent view. Unfortunately, the hotel showed significant signs of neglect. The facilities were dated, and there was a clear lack of even minimal maintenance. The boardwalk was closed, both indoor pools were unavailable due to being out of order, and the room...

'I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. As usual, the staff is above board, they help in any way they can. The hotel is always clean with good beds to enable a well rest before moving on. The location of the hotel is great, it’s near any shopping and dining needs you may have as well as having a good access within easy distance to travel on with the major highways near it’s location. The cost of the hotel is of good value and I would recommend it to anybody going thru the area.'

'The Dilworth Inn is located in a busy traffic area. They keep the the outside property well landscaped, but inside it is dated. We did have a pet friendly room and there was LVP for the flooring which was the best feature. The pool was drained and closed for maintenance which they didn’t inform us at check in so that was a big disappointment when we wanted to go use it. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs as a hot option as long as they as they were not too rubbery. If you found the hidden waffles...

'We stayed in private room. They only provided towels in the room, mini soap and shampoo for one day. They didn’t bother even to put a box of tissue or bare minimum accessories to stay there. There was a tiny coffee maker with one time coffee supplies where we booked the room for 2 nights. We booked through Expedia, so expected a hotel standard service. We paid high fee like air bnb but staying there was very disappointing.'

'Fantastisch personeel, ijswater koffie/thee was er volop, zwembadje en lekkere handdoeken beschikbaar, ontbijt via een coupon of kiezen van de kaart met een bedrag van 10 dollar in mindering gebracht... Prijs - kwaliteit: prima!'
