Rooms are dirty. Doors and floors. There were 3 trachcans. One has been emtyd. Towels were take away. No towels are put back. Run out off coffie or hot water in the afternoon. They do their best but thy just not see it..... they are busy with little tickets with who they like to work most.....'

'The pool is disgusting. Probably has been clean in years. Full of hair. The deck was full of hair. Took my kids swimming there when they got out they’re covered in hair of other people. Hotel room seem perfectly clean. Check in clerks were very kind. However, while we were there, it was very loud kids running around up and down the halls, despite the 11 PM quiet time. We had such a beautiful stay here. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly genuine. It truly felt like we were visiting a family member’s home rather than staying at a typical bed and breakfast.
The space itself is absolutely stunning, cozy, thoughtfully designed, and with views that are even more beautiful in person than in the photos. You can tell that every detail has been carefully considered.

'Interesting layout. The rooms surround a spacious outdoor grass courtyard. The north wing must exit into the courtyard to access the pool, hot tubs (2, one was out of order,) lobby and continental breakfast dining room. The bed in our room (126) should be replaced. The continental breakfast had a decent variety and the hot items were hot and tasty. The staff were pleasant and hustled to keep up and accommodate the long weekend rush as there were several soccer teams lodged for the weekend. '

'They’re undergoing a renovation so even though the rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities were closed. One of the outlets by the side of the bed in our room was not working and another was coming out of its socket. But other than that we had a good stay, clean comfortable room and the staff were diligent and nice'
