'Thid hotel was an excellent experience from right when we walked in. Olivia at reception was so welcoming and friendly. Reception area was great and nice open sunny lounge area with a great coffee machine. We walked into the room and loved the balcony! Beds were so comfy! The soaps and lotions were great. Breakfast was basic but just a notch above other hotels. We ended the night sipping drinks on the balcony pretending we were somewhere tropical...we will be back!!'

'Visiting from Calgary to Kelowna ...nice place great location. Breakfast was decent...liked the cherries in the breakfast:)...get some additional warm breakfast items if possible like waffles ...omlette etc. ..check in and check out was easy. property is well kept ...will visit again.'

'Hotel is ruled by mostley"yong" women. Rooms are dirty. Doors and floors. There were 3 trachcans. One has been emtyd. Towels were take away. No towels are put back. Run out off coffie or hot water in the afternoon. They do their best but thy just not see it..... they are busy with little tickets with who they like to work most.....'
