'Nice modern hotel, clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. Large pool and nice hot jacuzzi. Good location, quiet. Appreciated the sliding door separating the sleeping area from the bathroom/front entrance. Would definitely stay again'

'Hotel is ruled by mostley"yong" women. Rooms are dirty. Doors and floors. There were 3 trachcans. One has been emtyd. Towels were take away. No towels are put back. Run out off coffie or hot water in the afternoon. They do their best but thy just not see it..... they are busy with little tickets with who they like to work most.....'

'We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Kelowna during the Family Day long weekend in February 2026 (Feb 13–16). The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well‑maintained, exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of options to start each morning off right. The hotel charge a very reasonable $11 per person for the wonderful breakfast. Parking is free and was also incredibly convenient, with plenty of spaces both above ground...
