'Relatively new hotel but some finishings still need to be worked on. Overall - clean and worked well for a quick weekend in Kelowna ... I would stay again. '

'Staff were not very friendly and the room and the bedsheets had a stale smell. Parking was safe and breakfast was ok although the refills took forever. Overall it’s just ok. Not too sure if I’ll recommend this to others. '

'Once we found the hotel it was excellent. Using maps to get there we were directed to a different hotel. After speaking with staff we made it to the correct location but the name on the hotel had changed to the Double Tree by Hilton. The hotel was newly renovated, beautifully clean and the staff were excellent! Highly recommended. '

'Hotel is ruled by mostley"yong" women. Rooms are dirty. Doors and floors. There were 3 trachcans. One has been emtyd. Towels were take away. No towels are put back. Run out off coffie or hot water in the afternoon. They do their best but thy just not see it..... they are busy with little tickets with who they like to work most.....'
