'Hotel is modern, alle confort in de kamer, service is slecht, geen enkele keer de bedden opgemaakt of kamer gekuist, restaurant is slechts een snack bar met weinig keuzes, en wat je krijgt is niet lekker. keukenpersoneel niet georganiseerd, na een uur wachten krijg je iets koud opgediend, ontbijt is standaard Engels ontbijt, alleen water en koffie te krijgen bij ontbijt, niet lekker.'

'I arrived late in the middle of the night due to my work overrunning and a long drive up the country and the staff member was really nice and had my room key sorted all ready for when I got there.'

'We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding. The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 '

'Our first impresdion of the reception area was WOW. Beautiful venue with breathtaking grounds. Lovely sun terraces and fantastic restaurant with amazing food. Would recommend. We had an evening meal which was superb and Breakfast was great too. Spa area small but nice enough for a relaxing dip in the pool and steam room, sauna and very small gym but enough for me. My only disappointment was that our room was a club room and accessed via a path to an annexe which did not have the same WOW factor...

'Very happy with the price. Free upgrade from club room to suite was appreciated. Lovely large fuffy towels. Very comfy bed and pillows. Staff were all welcoming. Small gym, pool, steam room and sauna on site. Minor draw back, bathroom door didnt shut properly and bath plug hole made gurgling noise even though we didnt use it.'

'Impressed with my accommodation. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless, as was the kitchen area. Felt safe and secure. Online check and electronic key were seamless. No issues accessing building or room. I also left a jacket behind after checking out. I contacted the staff and arranged for them to post this home to me. I was incredibly grateful for their help. Kept in contact and informed. '
