'This hotel felt safe. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The one thing that stood out about this place is the staff. We had an issue with the tv remote (not batteries), and the maintenance person would not rest until it was resolved. Sparing the details, I’ll just say that we have never had a staff member advocate harder for our comfort. The staff here are the gold standard on how it is done.'
