'The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.'

'Nestled in trees, quiet, peaceful area. Loved the hammocks under the trees! The lake can be seen through the trees, but no close access to the water. Kitchen had everything needed. Plenty of clean towels & paper goods. Bedding was clean and comfy. Enjoyed all the windows and the view. It was enjoyable to on the deck. Great weekend stay with girlfriends! '

'What a great house for our stay in Manhattan! It was great to relax out on the deck and enjoy the quietness. The kitchen felt like home with so many dishes for cooking and eating our meals. Very clean. '

'Very quiet and enjoyable! A great landing spot for our stay in Manhattan. It is about 25 minutes to the Dillons on Seth Child’s, so plan accordingly. Kitchen is adequately stocked for home cooking (pots, pans, etc). Plenty of space for my husband and I. Would definitely be enough space for 6. The stairs going down to the basement are tricky, definitely not for older adults or anyone with flexibility issues. There is an entrance from the bottom that can be used. We would stay here again!'

'The house was cute, cozy and adequately housed our family of seven. When we had a plumbing issue, the host was prompt in attending to the problem. We would definitely stay there again when visiting our college student. '

'Our visit was for graduation weekend at K-State. The whole house was so lovely! It was decorated expertly with beautiful florals and nature themed accents. Maybe that's not important to some potential guests, but let me share that after a very hectic graduation day and then loading a moving trailer, it was wonderful to come 'home' to such relaxing surroundings!!
