'Beds were very comfortable, facilities were clean and the room was spotless. It was nice having a kitchen to save a few bucks on eating out. Overall it was a great stay and would have no problem staying here again if our travels take us thru the area.'

'These cute cabins were just right; beds were comfortable and had different pillows to choose from, kitchen had basic items necessary for mealtime, shower was quaint and clean. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked great, we never had any issues. The host was helpful and kind. I'm so glad we chose this place and would absolutely stay again.'

'This was a Great property to stay at. The Hosts live on-site and they were absolutely lovely! The Cabin was nice and clean, equipped with everything from shampoo to laundry soap! There is a W/D in the unit, microwave, stove, pots pans, coffee l, creamer and sugar along with a coffee pot! Right by the river, fire pit, patio table, and walking path! I will definitely stay here again!! It’s about an hour away from The Great Sand Dunes and the Alligator farm, but the drive is nice!'

'We appreciate that the owners tried to make the rooms unique and in their own style, but it was unpracticle. Almost no room to put your luggage and toiletteries, because the room is too cluttered. An extra blanket would have been nice. And hot water at the sink. Didn’t try the shower with cold water at the sink. '

'We had a great stay here. Super clean cabin. My family of four loved this cabin as it had plenty of room for us all to sleep and play and relax. All three beds even the futon was super comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great as well. This was perfect location as we went to alamosa one day and pagosa the next. '
