'These cute cabins were just right; beds were comfortable and had different pillows to choose from, kitchen had basic items necessary for mealtime, shower was quaint and clean. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked great, we never had any issues. The host was helpful and kind. I'm so glad we chose this place and would absolutely stay again.'

'Trisha is one of those hosts who has obviously traveled and brought her travel knowledge to her own rental cabin. A large cabinet holds everything one might need! The bed is super comfy, the dark sky is wonderful, the dogs loved it and she has lots of local information! We'll definitely be back!'

'This large house was very secluded, just what we wanted. The photos for the listing does not due justice. It was large enough to have a small family reunion. The host (Bill) was awesome and was very responsive when contacted. Our only issue was the pool. According to the host he recently lost his pool maintenance help. Having a pool of our we knew what needed to be done and the host allowed access for any supplies and was quick to lend a hand. Overall, we could not have had a better...

'This was a very clean property and quite safe. It was roomy. Nice kitchen.Suggestions for future: overhead lights in the bedrooms; non-slip footing of some kind for the bathtub. '

'Very spacious house to easily fit and accommodate (4 bathrooms) group of up to 15 people. And with huge garage! Plenty of additional parking space on driveway! Large deck to enjoy, with hot tub and grill by the river. Close to ski resort Wolf creek. '

'This is an established older cabin located away from Main Street in South Fork. The property has a nice new hot tub. Bedrooms are very spacious. One bedroom has an extremely tall bed that really needs to have a bench or stepstool to be able to get in the bed. The other bedroom has a large king size bed, large closet, and plenty of space. The living room/dining room have everything you need. Our only complaints - the kitchen was not very clean, the refrigerator had a smell and the kitchen floor...

'This was a Great property to stay at. The Hosts live on-site and they were absolutely lovely! The Cabin was nice and clean, equipped with everything from shampoo to laundry soap! There is a W/D in the unit, microwave, stove, pots pans, coffee l, creamer and sugar along with a coffee pot! Right by the river, fire pit, patio table, and walking path! I will definitely stay here again!! It’s about an hour away from The Great Sand Dunes and the Alligator farm, but the drive is nice!'

'Great place perfect for a family getaway. Clean, spacious place with river access, grill, fire pit, lawn chairs, patio, board games, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect place for our anniversary with our dogs. Will come back in the future.'

'Great place with plenty of room for our annual family UTV trip. The river behind the house is a wonderful place for kids to play and float down. Kitchen is supplied with two ovens and ample space to accommodate a big crowd. Plenty of room for sitting around to visit and a game table for competitive family games! Quiet place with wonderful nature views. This cabin is located next door to the Arbor House B&B and the owner is so sweet. We needed a couple extra rooms and they have a cottage separate...
