'We had a graduation family reunion and the property and house were absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything for every family member and we had plenty of space. We were not right on top of one another. Owner came out to fill the feeders to help maybe see some elk. Wonderful time nd everyone enjoyed themselves. '

Huge island for prepping and a family size table with additional bar stools. It’s a perfect home away from home with the beautiful pool as the main attraction. 'Check in was very simple, it was so nice to not have to keep up with a key!The building looks small outside but when you go in it's a good size. I was impressed with the bathroom size most of all.The bedroom bed slept good but well, y'all know pull out couches, there's always an evil bar. They had extra pillows (we brought our own) so we just laid that on the bar!Everything you could need for cooking including flour and sugar is neatly tucked in the kitchen.Loved the decor here, and the outdoor...

'I am from BCS originally and needed a last minute rental for a few nights to come in town for my grandfather's funeral. Availability was slim for rentals and slimmer for hotels. I wasn't excited about this rental but I was grateful to find a place with the basics and the location was very close to my grandma. We had some hiccups. 'We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!'

'Great place. Teen kids were entertained. Cowboy pool is very warm due to metal trough but would probably feel good at night. Make sure and bring your own bath soap and shampoo. There were two trial size shampoos but would only be enough for one person and one shower. Neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay again :)'

'Just stayed for a night over a baseball game weekend. Great townhome community, never heard a peep from the neighboring townhome. Convenient parking right at the front door, about 6-7 minutes to get to campus with normal traffic. Clean and comfortable! '

'We just stayed in this property for one evening, but it was great. The location is awesome! Right off Highway 6, so it was nice to be out of the congestion around campus, but it was also easy access to everything. The house was clean, well laid out, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and two living areas. The kitchen was very spacious and well appointed. Very pleased with this property!
