'Mooie nette studio. Ontbijt is goed. Doch veel te warm, er is geen airco maar ook geen ventilate. Wij hadden een studio aan de achterkant. Als je het raam open doet hadden we enorm veel last van de heel erg drukke straat met continue verkeer. Oordoppen zijn absoluut noodzakelijk '

'It was such an amazing experience staying at Greenland and I love every bit of the place and highly recommended , I was actually upgraded to a two bedroom and my view of the city at night was as Glorious , facility was 10/10 - the receptionist lady that welcome me was all smiles and the room cleaner in the day was a great guy , forgot he snake hut started with P , thanks for your service Greenland '

'This is the second time I'm visiting this accommodation while being in Kigali. This time it was better then last time as we had a private lounge rather than a shared one, just straight out of the bedroom. The property is in a quiet area and has a good mini market nearby. It is well suited close to Kigali. The property is in good condition with decent parking for guests. I will call again for my next visit in Kigali '

'The property is strategically located in the heart of the city and accessible. It is quiet, clean and safe. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, access to the higher floors is quite a challenge. '

'A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.'

'I really love staying here it was very comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. The area is near transport so you won't have to walk around so much. But even if you wanted to it's still great. Definitely will be staying here again. I stayed here for about a month and it was awesome my family enjoyed themselves.'

"Dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, il est inadmissible de laisser des prostituées ivres mortes hurler, rigoler, vociférer dans les étages (3eme étage, nuit du 01 au 02 aout) de 03 à 04h du matin. Par ailleurs, au bar, service très lent et la bière (même au fût) est tiède. Pas digne d'un 5 étoiles"
