'We have stayed here many of times and as always it was 5 stars. We were there when a bad rain storm hit ,the internet went down but the staff was great and kept us informed. A great clean hotel, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was pretty good as well just need to add bacon. We will be returning in November to visit family. This is our go to hotel when we visit Mount Juliet, a home from home.'

'Twee dagen van de drie geen ontbijt gehad omdat alles leeg was om 8:45 uur, terwijl het ontbijt tot 10:00 uur zou zijn. De assistent manager achter de receptie was mega arrogant en zei dat het haar verantwoordelijkheid niet was. Totaal geen excuses of niks. Zijn verplicht buiten de deur gaan ontbijten. Ronduit belachelijk!'
