'The room smelled like smoke eventhough it was a non-smoking room. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The light in the bathroom flickered and eventually went off. Mold in the bathroom due to fan not working. The handle in the bath tub was falling off. The sink and tub plugs were missing. The phone in the room was disconnected. The TV remote didn't work. The hot tub was cold. The continental breakfast was not set up by 7am on the weekend with no staff in sight. I'm not sure if there even was...

'Clean room! Much bigger than expected. Very friendly staff even when the electric went out in the area for a bit. They kept in communication with us as well while we were there visiting. Tho the pool wasn’t “in season” the area around it wasn’t up to par with the rest of the property and the weather was nice so we would have sat outside had it been cleaned up and tables and chairs in place, but overall we would come again.'

The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! '
