The roosters in the morning were an added bonus:) That being said, we are all in our late 50's/early 60's and we didn't realize the amount of stairs that we would have to climb to get to the bedrooms! Might want to make sure you mention that in the listing because moving luggage up and down was tricky. Only other complaint would be the beds overall were really, really...
